A Respawn employee has confirmed that highly-anticipated FPS Titanfall will allow snipers, but quick-scoping and no-scoping will not be effective.
In a post on Respawn's official forums, Respawn employee "Scriptacus" said this:
"SNIPING IS IN THE GAME, BUT DUE TO HOW THE GAME PLAYS IT'S A PRETTY DIFFERENT ANIMAL THAN YOU'LL FIND IN YOUR RUN OF THE MILL MODERN MILITARY SHOOTER. QUICK SCOPING AND NO SCOPING ARE INEFFECTIVE."
This will undoubtedly come as good news to some, and bad news to others -- namely, YouTubers and community members who thrive on the act of getting cool clips of sniping for montages and such.
